The Senate KEPT the sequester cuts in the CR. It was a CLEAN CR - they literally only took out the non-budget CRAP that the Toilet Paper people insisted be put in (the 80 TP'ers who signed a letter to the Speaker a MONTH ago asking to shut down the government, btw) and sent the CR that the HOUSE HAD PASSED back to the House.
